We'll Analyze The Part For You

We Build The Mould
Concerned about tooling progress? We provide weekly updates.
TIME NEEDED: 3 WEEKS OR LONGER
06.
Sample Approval
Molded samples typically require three times or fewer sign-offs.
TIME REQUIRED: 1 – 3 WEEKS
T1 Samples
Customers review part dimensions, color, basic finish, and assembly. An FAI report is available prior to or with shipment.
T2 Samples
We make mold adjustments based on T1 feedback and ship new parts accordingly. This step may be skipped if T1 is approved.
T3 Samples
We apply texture or polishing for final approval. Samples with secondary operations will also be processed during this time.

Plastic Part Production
Ambition Industrial offers various injection molding production methods, including manual, automatic ejection, and robotic.
Time needed: 1 week or longer.

Custom Plastic Parts Delivery
We facilitate flexible delivery options, allowing customers to either arrange pick-up from our factory or have us arrange delivery for them.
