A: We are a manufacturing company. Our products are designed and produced in-house to ensure the highest quality and control over the production process.
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If it is urgent, please call us or tell us in your email so that we can regard your inquiry as a priority.
A: Different equipment has different accuracy, generally between 0.05-0.1mm.
A: It depends on the mold’s size and complexity. Normally, the lead time is 30~45 working days.
A: Generally 40% deposit with order, 30% after T1 sample approval, 30% balance before shipment, but it is flexible for us to talk on the payment terms.
A: Usually, we will provde you 5~10 pcs samples for free, but if you have some special request, you can tell us, we will try our best to satisfy you.
A: For molds, we will coat one-laver anti-rust oil first, and then also cover thin films around the mold, and finally pack it into a non-fumigation wooden case. For the products, we will pack them into standard export cartons or as per customers’ request to pack.
A: It is no problem for us to do reverse engineering from your samples, and we will make the 3D drawing & make the prototypes to test the assembly.
